Firefighters: Juvenile arrested in intentionally set fire
A fire that damaged garages and apartments west of Valley Plaza mall was intentionally set and a juvenile has been arrested, Bakersfield firefighters said.Fire crews responded at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a fire in the 3900 block of Soranno Avenue.
