Fire damages vacant house on Clyde Street

A fire in a vacant house east of South King Street and north of East Brundage Lane Tuesday evening is under investigation.Bakersfield firefighters said the fire, reported at 5:06 p.m., caused an estimated $70,000 in damage to a house at 34 Clyde Street.
