Festival brings taste of Scottish culture to Kern County

Residents in Kern County got a little taste of Scottish culture on Sunday at the 23rd annual Kern County Scottish Games and Gathering.People got to take in the sights and sounds as people paraded around with bagpipes and kilts.They also got to watch the Hi Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
