Family unbroken by vandals' attack on annual Christmas display
Thieves stole and destroyed pieces of a family’s elaborate Christmas display. Things were thrown around the yard of the Haggin Oaks home, display pieces were broken and timers were crushed. “It looked like they maybe stepped on them, smashed them down,” Kimberly Yokoyama, the homeowner, said. The display featured characters from Disney’s “Frozen,” which had special meaning to the family. Yokoyama’s husband had undergone multiple surgeries and almost died.
