Family identifies man killed in Arvin shooting

Family and friends have identified the man killed in an early morning shooting in Arvin as 21-year-old Ismael Gutierrez.Gutierrez had been celebrating his 21 st birthday with family and friends the night before he was killed.Officers were called out around Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
