Eyewitness News gets sneak peek at Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley Medical Center

TEHACHAPI, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley Medical Center will soon open its doors to patients. Friday morning, Eyewitness News got a first look at the facility. The hospital will serve Tehachapi, an area removed from some needed medical services. The void has left community members traveling for care. The hospital will boast an intensive-care unit and operating room, two departments that will go beyond the hospital’s old downtown location that was built in 1954.
