Eighteen-year-old fatally shot Friday has been identified

An 18-year-old man who was fatally shot Friday in a neighborhood southwest of the Kern County Fairgrounds has been identified.Dejon Deandre Nellium, of Bakersfield, was shot at 11:17 p.m. in the 2000 block of South J Street, a coroner’s office release said.
