A man was killed in a collision involving a flatbed truck and a quad Tuesday near Delano.The California Highway Patrol said the man, who has only been identified as a 51-year-old from Delano, was driving his quad near County Line Road and Zachery Avenue wh Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
