Defendant in deadly DUI makes first court appearance

A man charged in a deadly crash made his court debut on Tuesday.Jesus R. Moreno, 55, of Arvin, is accused of driving while intoxicated and killing a pedestrian on Highway 184.The California Highway Patrol said Moreno drifted onto the shoulder and struck 39 Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
