Deadly crash shuts down lanes on Southbound I-5 near the Grapevine

Southbound lanes on the I-5 have reopened after a crash involving a box truck and a semi. It happened around 3:18 a. m. near the Grapevine. The California Highway Patrol said the box truck driver died after rear-ending the semi driver. Two right lanes were closed while crew cleaned up the highway.
