Contributors say they were misled over money they gave to Perez political action committee

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Kern County Supervisor Leticia Perez is being accused of misleading people when collecting contributions for a political action committee. Majid Mosibi, president of San Joaquin Refining Company Inc. told Eyewitness news  Perez solicited him for contributions to the Council for Tri-Partisan Politics, a political action committee.
