Congressional candidate TJ Cox responds to border wall bill

Congressional candidate TJ Cox stopped by Eyewitness News Sunday to discuss a recent bill put forth by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy that would fully fund a border wall. The "Build the Wall, Enforce the Law Act" would fund President Trump's campaign promise, to the tune of $23. 4 billion.
