Community's help needed in finding runway at-risk juvenile

The Bakersfield Police Department is looking a runaway at-risk juvenile and needs the community's help in finding her. Destiny McLin-Arnott, 13, was last seen around 6:15 p.m. on July 5 in the 3500 block of Union Avenue, according to the BPD.She is conside Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
