City releases info on holiday trash collection, Christmas tree recycling

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Public Works Department is reminding residents there won’t be trash service on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. All trash and recycling services in Bakersfield will be delayed by one day during the holiday weeks, with the exception of Monday, Dec. 24, and Monday, Dec. 31. The Mt.
