Charge from fatal fire dropped against trailer park management company

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A criminal charge related to a child’s death was dropped Wednesday against a trailer park management company. Pama Management had been charged with a felony count of involuntary manslaughter. Three trailers at 4 J's Mobile Home Park in Oildale were destroyed in a January 2016 fire, and 5-month-old Jenica Lozano was killed. The Kern County District Attorney’s Office said Pama Management failed to maintain the trailer in compliance with state laws. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
