Candidate: David seeks re-election to Kern County Board of Supervisors

Election Day is today, and candidates are stopping by Eyewitness News to make their case to voters. David Couch, the incumbent in District 4 of the Kern County Board of Supervisors, shared how he's adjusting to the new district boundaries and how he's trying to win over voters.
