Calloway construction nearing completion; work to support more traffic on Westside Parkway

Construction that has closed lanes on Calloway Drive near the Westside Parkway in west Bakersfield is nearly complete, city officials said Monday. Workers aim to complete the project by the beginning of April. The project is adding an additional right turn Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
