California City veteran to be honored by President of France
A California City veteran is receiving a medal from the President of France.The medal is in recognition of the bravery shown on D-Day.Henry Ochsner was drafted in 1943 when he was just 19-years-old.He served in the United States Army until 1946.During his Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
