California City Police Department looking for a missing pre-teen girl
An 11-year-old girl is missing in California City, according to the local police department. Riley, who has shoulder-length blonde hair and was wearing a black fleece jacket, blue T-shirt, jeans and tan boots, was last seen at California City Middle School around 12:30 p. m. Wednesday.
