CSUB professor arrested on suspicion of downloading child porn
An associate professor of psychology at California State University, Bakersfield has been arrested on suspicion of downloading child pornography.The investigation has been underway for more than a year.The professor, 63-year-old Theodore Ishida, reported a Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
