CITY BEAT: The State of the City is all Hall
Bakersfield’s 25th mayor, Harvey L. Hall, whose last day in office is Jan. 3, said Tuesday it will be a very sad day for him. But he was all smiles at the afternoon’s yearly State of the City event hosted by the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce — devoted entirely to honoring Hall.
