CHP holding all-day drop-off event Friday for CHiPS for Kids toy drive
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The California Highway Patrol is holding an all-day collection event Friday for its annual CHiPS for Kids toy drive. The toys go to disadvantaged children in the Bakersfield area this holiday season. Toys are needed for kids in a range of ages, from babies to teenagers. The CHP is holding a drop-off event until 6 p. m. Friday at Chester Avenue and 28th Street. Folks can also bring new, unwrapped toys to these locations until Dec.
