CHP closes Grapevine because of snow
The California Highway Patrol on Thursday morning announced it was closing both directions of Interstate 5 over the Grapevine because of snow, ice and multiple crashes. MORE | Kern County weather forecast. Caltrans said southbound I-5 is closed at Grapevine Road, and northbound I-5 is closed at Parker Road in Castaic.
