CBCC Foundation for Community Wellness hosts annual christmas celebration

Hundreds of families attended the 6th annual Cancer Pediatric Christmas Celebration and toy give-away Saturday. The annual celebration is hosted by the Comprehensive Blood and Cancer Center Foundation for Community Wellness for all the patients in the community. “As a parent, if you hear the words cancer, there is fear, there is the unknown, , they are scared,” Michelle Avila, executive director for CBCC said.
