Bus passengers, though not physically injured, file lawsuit against Greyhound over fatal shooting
Four passengers who witnessed the fatal shooting of a fellow passenger and the wounding of others aboard a Greyhound bus earlier this year filed a lawsuit in Kern County Superior Court on Thursday asking for compensatory damages from the nationwide bus carrier.
