Breweries feeling the impact of the government shutdown

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is closed as part of the government shutdown, and that’s brewing trouble in the craft beer world. The TTB is the federal agency that approves beer labels. Without the new labels, no new beers can hit the shelves.
