Bird scooters vandalized, broken, and dumped in first weeks in Bakersfield
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Bakersfield has issued an encroachment permit for Bird electric scooters to remain in Bakersfield for at least a year, but in the first five weeks of use, scooters have been vandalized, broken, and dumped in parks and water sources.
