Bird electric scooters approved to stay in Bakersfield
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Bird electric scooters are staying in Bakersfield for the next six to twelve months, the Bakersfield's City Manager's office confirmed Wednesday. The City Manager's Office met with Bird representatives on Tuesday after the electric scooter share company brought approximately 200 Bird scooters to Bakersfield last Friday without giving the city any notice.
