Belle Terrace overpass closed until spring 2020

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Belle Terrace overpass is closed until spring 2020, according to the Thomas Roads Improvement Program. The closure of this road that crosses over Highway 99 is part of the Centennial Corridor project. The Centennial Corridor project will connect Highway 58 to the Westside Parkway, opening up east-west freeway travel in Bakersfield.
