Beautifying the bluffs: Artists find unique canvases at Panorama Park
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The beautification project is in full swing at the Panorama Park, with artists handpicked to breathe life into the bluffs. Artists have been painting a variety of canvases – from water fountains to ceramic trash cans. The project is expected to reach completion next week.
