Bank robber detained by citizens in Tehachapi
A bank robber was detained by citizens and a bank employee Tuesday after they realized he wasn’t armed, Tehachapi police said.Michael Brian Taylor, 59, of Tehachapi, was held on the ground until police arrived. Arrested on suspicion of robbery, he was also found to be on federal probation for Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
