Bakersfield police searching for downtown theft suspect

The Police Department has released a photo of a man they say broke into a business in downtown Bakersfield. In the early morning hours Sept. 13 at an unspecified business on 19th Street. Some downtown business owners have told Eyewitness News that they’ve experienced a rise in vandalism and break-ins in the area.
