Bakersfield police: Officer who shot at suspect mistook cellphone for weapon
Police said an officer fired at a suspect earlier this week because a cellphone was mistaken for a weapon.Officers pulled over three people Wednesday night traveling in a stolen car on Rosedale Highway.The bullet fired by Officer Richard Robles missed the Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
