Bakersfield police: 2 wanted for gunning down innocent man during conflict

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Two young men are wanted by police for allegedly gunning down an innocent bystander during a dispute Thursday afternoon. Police said Elias Maldonado, 18, and Antonio Maldonado, 21, are wanted on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, conspiracy and gang participation. Three men were shot at Quincy and Haley streets. One of them, a 50-year-old uninvolved man, died. The two others suffered minor to moderate injuries. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
