Bakersfield Youth Commission: Teens tackling local issues
School is out, but a group of local teens are just getting started when it comes to keeping Bakersfield beautiful. The Bakersfield City Youth Commission presented their plan to stop vandalism around town to the City Council on Wednesday. The teens created Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
