Bakersfield Fire Department issues another "Precautionary Alert" for Kern River
The Bakersfield Fire Department has issued their second local and statewide Precautionary Alert about the Kern River on Tuesday.The fire department has conducted more than 30 swift water rescues this year, according to the BFD. Those rescues include multip Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
