BPD investigating after man found stabbed to death near mill creek park

Bakersfield police department is investigating a homicide at the intersection of 19th and V Streets.Officers found a man at the corner of the intersection.He was not breathing and had multiple  stab wounds to his torso.The intersection is being blocked off Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
