BPD arrest man suspected of Highland Knolls robbery
The Bakersfield Police Department arrested a man suspected robbery Wednesday.Bakersfield resident Luis Davila, 23, broke into a home in the 7000 block of Highland Knolls Drive on Feb. 4, according to a news release from the department.
