Ask TBC: Why is the city changing out lighted street signs?
Q: I have an anonymous question that I would like to ask The Californian.I noticed city crews removing the lighted street signs from the intersection of S Street and Truxtun Avenue. These were replaced with unlit street signs. The lighted street signs are generally seen as an upgrade and easier Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
