Ask TBC: Why, in a drought, is this water being let out into the river?
Q: Over the last month or so it has been noticed that water is being let out periodically into the river bottom west of The Park at Riverwalk. It dries up and then more is let out.Most recently the canal along the bike path west of Stockdale Highway at the park had water flowing freely for Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
