Arrest warrant issued for man in connection with the body found in southwest Bakersfield

The Bakersfield Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man believed to be involved in the death of 21-year-old Joseph Lara. Police are searching for David Williams, 30, on allegations of concealing an accidental death, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of marijuana for sale and destruction of evidence.
