Arrest made after Lamont fire

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Someone was arrested after a Sunday morning fire in Lamont, according to the Kern County Fire Department. The Fire Department didn’t identify the suspect, only saying the person was arrested after officials investigated the cause of the fire. Firefighters were called around 7 a. m. to a fire that erupted in a homeless encampment between a pair of shopping centers on Main Street. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
