Animal Owner Cited For Not Licensing Dog

Within the last several days the Kern County Sheriff's Office has received several reports of a possible animal abuse case involving a dog in the city of Boron. The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the people who took the time to contact the Sheriff's Office regarding a picture of the dog posted to Facebook which appeared to show the dog possibly being abused and or neglected.
