Amber Alert issued for 4-year-old girl

An amber alert has been issued for a 4-year-old girl allegedly abducted from Vancouver, Wash. Authorities are searching for  a 4-year-old Aranza Ochoa Lopez who has blonde hair and blue eyes. Authorities said they believe she is with 21-year-old Esmeralda Lynn Lopez. She was last seen driving a 2005 red Chevy Cobalt with Washington license plate number BLK1552. If seen, please call 911.
