A hotel fire in East Bakersfield has left 27 people displaced and one injured.The fire occurred just after 11 PM Saturday at the Rankin Hotel on 921 Baker Street.Bakersfield Fire Department battled the blaze on the second floor of the three story building. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
